Police, sheriffs and other law enforcement agencies won’t be able to use drones to spy on Floridians except in special emergencies under the new law. This is the kind of stuff our Government and Senators should be doing to protect the American public from illegal spying. There needs to be more protection for American privacy, and this new law will help do just that.

No more abuse and overuse of Drones aka Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in the state of Florida on Federal and State levels. That is the message legislators sent out.

Some civil liberties advocates feel the President shouldn’t have the power to order the killings of Americans on U.S. soil.

The American Civil Liberties Union and Electronic Frontier Foundation have complained about the federal government’s refusal to ban the use of armed drones over U.S. states.  But the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been unapologetic about deploying the same kinds of drones used in Iraq — Reaper drones and their ilk — to patrol U.S. border states.

It might turn out that Dorner escaped the cabin before the police surrounded it. If he did not then Dorner was maybe burned alive and dies in cabin fire.

“I simply cannot support a bill that turns law-abiding citizens into criminals by creating an entire new category of illegal  firearms out of currently legal rifles and shotguns,” said Senator Greg Ball in  a statement.

“…the last minute push, in the middle of the  night without critical public input from sportsmen and taxpayers was outrageous  and forced members to vote on a bill they had not read.” Ball noted.

Ever since the Sandy Hook shooting, he has launched himself head first into this Gun debate where he wishes to see every Assault weapon removed from the hands of law-abiding Americans! He seems to think that the answer to stopping mass shootings is disarming the good guys and letting the bad ones roam free.

Just this week radio show host Alex Jones from Infowars.com was on Piers Morgan Tonight to discuss gun control. The debate was cut short after Alex Jones shredded Piers with hard facts causing even producers at CNN to have a meltdown. Mr Morgan is no doubt a bully who uses intimidation with guests on his show who he knows are professional and non aggressive. All bullies know how to pick their targets well.

Today he invited Ben Shapiro on his show who accused Piers of “Standing on the graves of Sandy Hook Children”. Once again Piers was put in his place and embarrassed  by yet another American who stands behind the Constitution.

I think it would just be better if Piers Morgan just ended his Career at CNN, and went to work cleaning Manure for the Queen of England. He would be much better at doing this, besides he would not have to deal with the Constitution and Americans who love this Country.

Piers: “So why am I off the rails Mr. Shapiro”?

Shapiro: “Ah you know Honestly Mr. Piers, you kinda been a bully on this issue because what you do and ive seen it repeatedly on your show is you tend to demonize people who differ from you politically, by standing on the graves of children of Sandy Hook saying they don’t seem to care enough about the dead kids. If they cared more about the dead kids they would agree with you on policy”

I think we can all agree on the fact that Piers always uses the victims to try to push his Gun Ban agenda into the faces of the American People and it’s not going to work. You can’t just come into the USA and stomp all over the Constitution with your Nazi ideas and think people are just going to sit there and take it.

Shapiro goes in for the final blow demolishing Piers Morgan teaching him what the 2nd Amendment stands for.

Shapiro: “The basis for the 2nd Amendment is not really about self-defense and it’s not about hunting it is about resistance to Government Tyranny that what the founders said.

Piers: “Which Tyranny are you fearing yourself”?

Shapiro: “I fear the possibility of a tyranny rising in this Country in the next 50 to 100 years let me tell you something Piers the fact that my Grand parents and great grand parents in Europe didn’t fear that is why they are now ashes in Europe”.

A new coalition of gun rights and conservative groups have proclaimed January 19, 2013, “Gun Appreciation Day,” and have begun urging Americans nationwide to show their support for gun ownership by turning out en masse at gun stores, ranges, and shows from coast to coast.

Scheduled to send a message to Washington two days before President Obama’s second inauguration, “Gun Appreciation Day” is expected to rival “Chick-fil-A Day” as a public statement of protest against government policies.

In other words, according to the Obama administration and the Justice Department, if trashing to Constitution saves one life, it is worth it.

Mr. Biden has been tapped by Mr. Obama tapped to head a task force on gun violence, which is scheduled to deliver recommendations to the president by the end of the month.

“We are vitally interested in what you have to say,” Mr. Biden told the group. “And as the president said, if our actions result in only saving one life, they’re worth taking. But I’m convinced we can affect the well-being of millions of Americans and take thousands of people out of harm’s way if we act responsibly.”

“I want to make it clear that we are not going to get caught up in the notion, ‘unless we can do everything, we’re going to do nothing,’” Mr. Biden continued. “It’s critically important we act.”

White House communications director Dan Pfeiffer told Newsweek Obama will “work with Congress where we can – and then be willing to act where they won’t.”

Obama has already used executive action to instruct the ATF to conficate guns. In September, Obama’s Justice Department gave the ARF authority to “seize and administratively forfeit property involved in controlled-substance abuses.” In other words, the agency now has the power to seize firearms from people not convicted of a crime or even charged with a crime.

Freedom-lovers are way past the time to be polite

If America’s founding fathers were alive today, they would be similarly outraged and vocal.

Betrayers of human freedom like Piers Morgan want us all to have a polite, “proper debate” as he calls it — all while he’s disarming you, your family and your neighbors while monopolizing guns and ammunition in the hands of a government that has already proven itself to be outrageously tyrannical and oppressive in countless ways.

Theses low life scumbags have started to move their operations from the streets to the roof tops, in attempt to conceal their disgusting trade from the eyes of the world. Last year Sea shepherd released footage of streets full of fins. Since then traders have run to the roof tops to continue the slaughter.

How much longer will it be before someone with the power to stop these organizations does something?

SHARKS NEED PROTECTION NOW – We need CITES [Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species] to do the right thing and base protection status on scientific facts not financial greed.
